Call, email or fill out the form below to book an appointment. We will get you in as soon as possible.
Current routine ultrasound booking wait times: We are currently booking routine ultrasounds approximately 1 week in advance.
To book an ultrasound we require the following information
Ultrasound requisition (we accept all types of requisitions!) We will ask for the type of ultrasound, the reason for the ultrasound, and the doctor's name and clinic.
Alberta Healthcare Card (or your provinces Healthcare Card if not from Alberta)
Your best contact information and address.
Booking by phone
Give us a call at 780-290-0241. We will ask you for the required information above. You will be required to bring your requisition and Alberta Healthcare Card to the appointment with you.
Booking by email
Email us at booking@lakelanddiagnostic.com. Please include an image of your requisition and your preferred days/times for your scan. You do not need to include any of the other information in the text of the email as this should all be on the requisition.
If your practitioner faxed us your requisition...
If your practitioner faxed your requisition directly to us, we will contact you to book the appointment. Please allow up to 3 business for us to contact you for routine ultrasounds.
If it has been longer than 3 business days, please call us as the requisition may have been missed and we will be happy to get you booked in as soon as possible.
